Broadway Theater Reviews
Broadway, Theater District. The street where movie stars are born.
No really, Broadway is an essential part of becoming a full-fledged Hollywood actor or actress. Most actors in the industry were Broadway stars before they attempted to make a break for Hollywood. In fact some Hollywood stars, during their dry periods, take time to engage in Broadway stage acting as part of a refresher course in their careers. Broadway productions have no doubt maintained a high level of standard after so many years in this theater business.
All thanks to Broadway Theater reviews.
Broadway Theater reviews consist of both the professional Broadway show reviews and amateur ones that are published in the local papers and on the Internet. Similar to book reviews and movie reviews, Broadway Theater reviews want nothing more than to raise—or at least maintain—the high quality of shows on Broadway. It’s also called quality control, if you prefer that term.
Some websites feature Broadway Theater reviews from non-professional individuals. Known as amateur Broadway Theater reviews, these are written by casual people in the audience who wish to share their opinion on a particular show or play. This kind of review wasn’t possible back in the 80s and 90s. But thanks to the Internet, amateur reviews now make up the bulk of Broadway Theater reviews posted online.
